Hiring the right talent is no walk in the park. How do you assess whether a candidate is the right fit for your team? Fasthr was a Gen AI-powered candidate screening tool that helps recruiters effortlessly screen their inbound talent pipeline to find the perfect candidate for the job.

Fasthr wanted to build a presence on LinkedIn to establish brand authority amongst recruiters and drive traffic to their website.

<aside> ๐Ÿ“ข Before commencing any project, I speak to the internal teams to understand the product and the UVP presented by the brand.

๐Ÿ‘‰๐ŸปI spoke to the product team to understand the product and interacted with the sales team to gauge how hiring managers benefitted from the product.

๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿป I conducted a social media audit to understand what type of posts resonate with the audience and scoured through their competitorโ€™s social media pages to see how we could stand out. Turns out memes work pretty well!

๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿป I also reached out to recruiters from various SaaS companies to understand the pain points of tech hiring.

๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿป We devised content buckets and curated a content calendar for each month. I also had biweekly meetings with the marketing and design team to analyze the posts' performance and brainstorm ideas for the upcoming months.

I always go the extra step to understand the target audience for a brand and work in tandem with the team to get feedback on my work.
